What a beautiful plant! Aeoniums are great, because just like other succulents, they tell you what they need!
As long as the leaves are firm (which they appear to be), a lack of sunlight is causing the leaves to hang down like this. You mentioned they are currently in light shade, which is normally what I’d recommend for Aeoniums. However, these are indicating they need more sunlight.
A variegated plant like this doesn’t have as much chlorophyll as its fully green or purple counterparts. This makes it more difficult for them to get enough sunlight. The white sections of the plant absorb hardly any light, and the other areas are left to do the work.
I’d recommend gradually moving these succulents into an area with more sunlight in the mornings. They will be able to tolerate more light but too much too fast (and too hot) will cause them to burn.
